Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug with fungicidal activity against Candida, Microsporum, Trichophyton, and other fungi that cause superficial mycotic infections of the outer or middle ear. Betamethasone is an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive glucocorticoid steroid. Lignocaine is a topical anaesthetic that helps to relieve ear-ache.
