Cipla Emeset 4mg Ondansetron Tablets for Dogs & Cats

Emeset 4mg tablets contain ondansetron 4mg, a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used off-label in veterinary medicine to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting in dogs and cats. This antiemetic effectively controls chemotherapy-induced nausea, post-operative vomiting, parvovirus gastroenteritis, and motion sickness by blocking serotonin receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and GI tract.

• Composition : Ondansetron hydrochloride dihydrate equivalent to ondansetron 4 mg
  
• Standard tablet excipients 
  
• 10-tablet strips

Indications :

• Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
  
• Post-surgical/post-anesthesia emesis 
  
• Parvovirus and acute gastroenteritis 
  
• Vestibular disease and motion sickness

Directions for Use:

• Give 30 minutes before meals; monitor liver function with prolonged use.
