Directions for Use:

• Dosage for Dogs:

  • 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg body weight twice a day for 14 days, then once daily with or without food

• Chewable Tablet Schedule by Dog Weight:

  • 1 chewable tablet every 3 months for dogs weighing >4.5 to 10 kg

  • 1 chewable tablet every 3 months for dogs weighing 10–20 kg

  • 1 chewable tablet every 3 months for dogs weighing 20–40 kg
