PANTOPET Tablets contain pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses the final step of gastric acid production by covalently binding to the (H+, K+)-ATPase enzyme system on the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. This action inhibits both basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion, regardless of the triggering stimulus.

Each coated PANTOPET 40 tablet contains Pantoprazole 40 mg.
