Indications and Uses:
Dr Doxy is indicated for:

Tick-borne Rickettsial diseases, including Canine Monocytic Ehrlichiosis (E. canis)

Mixed upper respiratory tract infections, including kennel cough

Leptospirosis and Toxoplasmosis

Pre-treatment for pathogenic microfilarial infection (Dirofilaria immitis) to eliminate symbiotic bacteria Wolbachia
Directions for Use:

E. canis infection: 5 mg/kg body weight every 12 hours or 10 mg/kg body weight every 24 hours for 2-3 weeks

Other susceptible infections: 5-10 mg/kg body weight daily for up to 5 days

Administer after food to reduce nausea

If the pet experiences nausea, give with food

If the pet has breathing or swallowing difficulties, follow the tablet with a small amount of water

Avoid administration with antacids or dairy products

Do not use in pregnant cats during the last 3 weeks of pregnancy or in kittens during the first month
